Do you have a fridge full of Thanksgiving leftovers? How long can they last in the fridge before going bad? So many questions!

Well, according to federal guidelines, most refrigerated leftovers, including cooked turkey; gravy; traditional sides like stuffing, mashed potatoes and green beans; and desserts like pumpkin pie, should be consumed within three to four days.

That means you have until the Monday after Thanksgiving to eat the leftovers or place them in the freezer to enjoy later.

If you store leftovers in the freezer, they will be of the best quality within two-to-six months.
