Songs on the Lawn starts Thursday
(Mankato, MN) – It’s time for Mankato residents to soak up the sun and relax while enjoying live music.
The 16th Annual Greater Mankato Song on the Lawn starts Thursday in the Civic Center Plaza. The popular local summer concert series features music, entertainment, and local food.
Songs on the Lawn will take place every Thursday in June from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free and parking is available in the Cherry Street and City Center ramps – also for free.
The Gentleman’s Anti-Temperance League will perform Thursday, June 6th. The band is an uptempo swing jazz group, and will broadcast live on all Alpha Media radio stations prior to the show.
