Six Kids Hospitalized After Brown County Crash, None Licensed To Drive



Six juveniles were hospitalized after a crash in Brown County overnight.

The Sheriff’s Office says the kids were injured when their pickup rolled east of Sleepy Eye on County Road 27 sometime after midnight.

Exact details are still being determined, but authorities say it apears all were ages 14 and under, so none were licensed to drive.

The six were all taken to the Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Three of them were later airlifted to another hospital.

At this point, the current condition of each of the six is unknown and their identities have not been released.

What factors may have lead to the crash is under investigation.
