Salvation Army announces Christmas assistance sign up dates

(Mankato, MN) – The Mankato Salvation Army will be accepting applications for Christmas assistance later this month.

Sign up will be open for one week starting Monday, October 21. The final day to sign up is on Friday, October 25. Sign up will be held in the Community Room next to Emergency Social Services at 700 Riverfront Drive.

Registration hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Those seeking assistance must register in person. Sign up includes the Salvation Army Christmas Food Basket, Holiday Sharing Tree, and Toys for Tots Programs. Registration is restricted to residents of Blue Earth County and North Mankato.
