Non-Profit of the Month // October

Each month ECHO Food Shelf serves over two thousand area households.  ECHO provides emergency food services to families in Blue Earth County and North Mankato, distributing over one-hundred-fifty thousand pounds of food monthly.  Since 2010 ECHO has been a client choice food shelf, which means clients choose their own grocery items instead of receiving a standard food package.
