‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules files to have Charges Dismissed.

Attorneys for the former reality star, who was arrested in Iowa last Monday for leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident, have claimed in paperwork obtained by ABC News that the tape of Soules’ 911 call proves that he acted responsibly.

In the 911 recordings, they claim you can hear Soules identify himself, describe the series of events leading up to the accident, and give information about the victims condition.

He is currently out on 100,000 dollar bond.
