A 35-year-old St. Peter man has been charged for sending sex videos without woman’s consent.

A 35-year-old St. Peter man has been charged criminally for allegedly sending sex videos of himself and a woman to another person, without the woman’s consent.

Andrew Michael McLean facing two counts of of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images and one count of stalking.

According to the complaint, the woman contacted St. Peter police on June 6th, saying that McLean was sending photos and videos of sexual activity that the two had engaged in the month before. She said McLean was sending them to her and at least one other person, because he wanted them to know “what kind of person the victim was.”

Police say under questioning McLean admitted that he sent the videos and photographs to the woman and the other person and that he had threatened to send them to others, including his own parents and neighbors.

McLean is due to make his first court appearance on July 18th.
