Two From Lamberton Hospitalized After Crash On Highway 14

Two people from Lamberton were hospitalized after a crash on Highway 14 near Courtland around 3:00 Sunday afternoon.

The State Patrol says a Jeep that was eastbound and trying to make a left turn when  it was rear-ended by a minivan.

The driver of the Jeep and her passenger, 15-year-old Jade Stephanie Ohotto and  39-year-old Casey Laurence Ohotto, were taken to the New Ulm Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The two people in the minivan were not hurt. They’ve been identified as 75-year-old Janet Elizabeth Forbrook of Nicollet and 95-year-old Florence Estelle Forbrook of Nicollet.

Assisting the State Patrol at the scene were Courtland Fire, New Ulm Ambulance, Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota DNR and Lafayette Ambulance.
