Two Charged In Early May Sex Trafficking Operation

Two people have now been charged with a sex trafficking operation conducted in Blue Earth County.

In a collaborative operation, conducted by the Mankato Department of Public Safety, New Ulm Police Department and Nicollet Count Sheriff’s Office took place the first week of May.

First case involves 44-year-old Regina Dallmann, of Lake Crystal, was charged after allegedly placing an ad on and agreeing to take money for sex.


The following day officers conducted  yet another operation, agreeing to meet 30-year-old Rachel Barragan, of Mason City Iowa at a local hotel.
