Severe Storms Roll Through Southern Minnesota

This afternoon storms rolled through Southern Minnesota sounding alarms from the National Weather Service in the Twin Cities. There were reports of a tornado touchdown southwest of Mankato near the Skyline area, there was also  quarter sized hail reported across much of the area and heavy rain prompting a flash flood warning for many of us. Its not over yet with heavy rain possible through the evening before giving way to lighter rain tonight and perhaps some clearing tomorrow before more rain and much cooler temps Friday.

Go ahead and share any photos you have of tonight’s activity.
