One Step Closer To The New ‘HUHOT MONGOLIAN GRILL’….

The Mankato City Council meets tonight (Monday) and is expected to grant a Certificate of Design Compliance for the proposed HuHot Mongolian Grill off of Madison Avenue.

The restaurant will be located within the Shopko parking lot, near its garden center. HuHot will be 4,500 square feet and include exterior landscaping and a sidewalk connecting to the public sidewalk along Sioux Road. Initial plans also called for a patio, but that has since been removed from the proposal.

HuHot does not yet have a floor plan as the amount of customer seating will depend on the lot split and the number of parking stalls that it will be allotted.

At HuHot, you choose what meats, vegetables, sauces and other offerings will go into your meal – and then watch as it’s cooked in front of you.
