North Mankato Man Facing Criminal Charges For Fatal Crash….

27-year-old man from North Mankato is now facing criminal charges for a fatal crash in March that claimed the life of a man from Wells.

Danny Salazar is charged with four traffic related offenses including careless driving and failing to stop at a stop sign.

According to the complaint, Salazar admitted that he went through a stop sign when he turned from Highway 30 onto Highway 22 near Mapleton, causing a collision between his straight truck and a car.

The driver of the car, 65-year-old Alan Lucias Remington of Wells, was killed in the March 29th crash.
