New Ulm Home Searched After Apparent Drug Death In Gibbon

 

Police in New Ulm are now investigating the death of a young man, apparently from a drug overdose.

Court documents say the man died at a residence in Gibbon and among the items collected at the scene were prescription medication, hypodermic needles and a small baggie containing a brown substance, thought to be heroin.

Police later searched a residence in New Ulm and seized a number of pieces of possible evidence including cell phones, drug paraphernalia and the opioid prescription drugs suboxone and fentanyl.
