Mankato Woman Robbed At Mall Of America, Needs Your Help Identifying The Thief

A woman from Mankato is hoping a photo of the woman who allegedly robbed her will be shared far and wide on social media so the suspected thief can be identified and brought to justice.

Shyanne Soderstrom says she was at the Mall of America earlier this month when her phone, license and both of her debit cards were stolen. The cards were used at a number of stores and police were able to get the photo of the alleged pickpocket from surveillance video taken matching up with the times and places where the more than $500 in fraudulent charges were made.

Soderstrom is a graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato and works for Mankato Area Public Schools.
