The Mankato Department of Public Safety ticketed 92 people for speeding, while police in the much smaller town of Madison Lake ticketed 91 motorists.

In comparison, police in St. Peter ticketed 16 speeders, Lake Crystal police cited 10, Mapleton police ticketed 7, and in Janesville, police only ticketed 1 speeder during the two week crackdown.
