Former ‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules refused to come out of his house when deputies arrived.

Adding to speculation in regards to his sobriety following a fatal traffic accident  in his home state of Iowa, former Bachelor Chris Soules refused to open the door when deputies arrived to question him at his home. It took law enforcement several hours to obtain a search warrant allowing lawful entry. That, combined with additional time required to get the blood test done, will work in Soules favor when trying to prove he was intoxicated while driving. TMZ is reporting there were alcoholic beverages in his vehicle, but did not confirm as to whether they were open or not.
