Flasher Arrested After Givings Commuters “A Show” on I-35 This Morning

What a Monday it has been….

Authorities say a Minnesota state trooper suffered minor injuries in a scuffle with a man who was exposing himself to motorists on Interstate 35W in downtown Minneapolis.

Just after 10 a.m. this morning near the Washington Avenue ramp, a State Trooper confronted the man and instructed him to leave, and he did….only to “reappear” 45 minutes later. The same Trooper moved in to arrest the man, a scuffle ensued, and with the help of DOT Highway Helper, the man was subdued and transported to HCMC for a mental health evaluation.
