After spending the last three weeks famished by 10am after coming in to work at 5am Jess went in search of a fast easy breakfast that would actually be filling. The result: Overnight Oats a very satisfying easy snack!
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats (not instant)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Greek or Regular Yogurt
Mix in a container and keep in fridge overnight. Feel free to add delicious toppings like nuts, fruit, chocolate chips the oatmeal is your canvas! Enjoy!
